How to Explore your Faith
1. Consider Not
- Consider not the present situation you are in
- Abraham did not consider everything that was
visible
- Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1)
2. Staggered Not
- When you are trusting God for something, the devil will knock at the door of your life
- Every promise that God has given you will be challenged
- Be vigilant about watching and praying
- Refuse to shift from what God has said to you
- Don't let discouragement weaken you to the point of doubting in your heart
- God moves when we surrender everything to him
- God will do what nobody will do
3. Strong in Faith (Mark 9:23)
- Keep your eyes on God
- When you have faith in God, mountains will melt like wax!
- The more word of God you hear, the more your faith will be built
- When you have faith in God, you will have unusual boldness
- The word of God is the truth that will set you free (John 8:32)
- Study the word of God so that no matter the situation, you will not move
- Find scripture that will relate to your situation and stand on that scripture
- The enemy will challenge you because he knows that when you hear it, it builds your faith, and with faith in God nothing can stop you
4. Giving Glory to God
- Do you appreciate God for all he has done for you?
- Don't wait to see the manifestation before you choose to glorify God
- Have you created a place of worship in your heart?
- Whatever you do, do unto the Lord, giving glory to God all of the time
5. Fully Persuaded (1 Corin 1:9)
- How fully persuaded are you that God has not forgotten you??
- Are you fully persuaded that you serve a relational, powerful, and responsive God?
- Your vocabulary changes when you're fully persuaded by God
- Are you ready to hear when God speaks?
